Understand the key tools that product and service teams can use to supplement the creation of new digital products and services. The focus is using AI tools to shorten the feedback loop between ideas generated by the team internally and getting those ideas in front of the end users to collect feedback. After this session attendees will have a good understanding of the types of AI tools available for supporting user research and developing prototypes to test.
