This talk address a critical challenge facing UK public sector organizations in today's digital-first environment: 82% of managers lack formal management training, impacting their ability to drive public service innovation and lead teams through technological transformation. Our five-module program is specifically designed for public sector leaders navigating the integration of generative AI while maintaining citizen-centric service delivery.
