Digital doesn't work with analogue leaders.

And yet investment in digital leadership skills is often piecemeal or neglected entirely.

Leaders in the public sector face some of the toughest priority calls and leadership challenges in the world. Often life or death, always affecting the lives of citizens. For me, It took almost breaking a key national, digital delivery for me to learn some critical digital leadership skills and approaches.

This talk is designed to help others avoid the terror and the grief. And share some of the key changes I had to make to transform our delivery and unlock our teams to deliver what our citizens expect and demand.
