About this Talk
1) A brief review of technology and regulatory evolution relevant to underserved communities both urban and rural - alongside a description of the accompanying transformation of opportunities - in UK/Europe and the Southern US.
2) Development of a Digital Blacksmith initiative starting on the Isle of Arran, to assist in harvesting the benefits to the community from the improving hardware infrastructure.
