Seb Barker

Seb Barker is COO and co-founder of Beam, a national leader in tech-enabled welfare service delivery. Seb has spent almost a decade working at the forefront of welfare services across drug rehabilitation, homelessness services, and the NHS. More recently at Beam, he has focused on developing Magic Notes - an AI tool designed by care workers to reduce admin and transform the productivity of frontline teams. Magic Notes is currently used by a third of social work teams across the UK.
