Prof. Dr. Yuliya Shtaltovna

Yuliya Shtaltovna is a professor of International and Intercultural Management and Study Dean of International Business Management at Hochschule Fresenius. With a Ph.D. in Linguistics, Masters in Higher Education and an advanced degree in Global Leadership and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Dr. Shtaltovna specializes in international business education, cross-cultural leadership, and soft skills development for the future of work.

As an Associate Editor of the GILE Journal of Skills Development and a co-leader of the Higher Education Circle of Inner Development Goals (IDG), Yuliya actively explores the intersection of digital innovations and intercultural competence in global business education.
