Oli Lovell

Oli is a delivery leader with experience in digital delivery of complex products and services for government organisations and arm’s length bodies. He has worked in the national intelligence and cyber defence sector, leading the transformation of a key national data platform which underpins much of the UK’s security and cyber defence capabilities. In this role, he changed the delivery culture from a traditional waterfall model to a customer-centric service model, transforming the outcomes for its users. Oli received an OBE in 2019 in recognition of the impact of that transformation.

Later seconded to the Met Office , he operated as a critical friend and advisor. In 2024 he joined Public Digital as a Principal Consultant. Where he now helps international government and 3rd sector clients with digital transformation.
