With over 20 years of experience in the community sector, Jaki has dedicated the last 12+ years to pioneering community mapping initiatives. Beginning with grassroots research, Jaki has engaged with diverse voices within communities to understand their unique needs and challenges. This journey included in-depth conversations and research into why previous community mapping platforms faltered and identifying barriers faced by local directories, particularly for professionals in Social Prescribing, NHS, Police, Social Services, and Local Councils. Jaki's work is driven by a commitment to creating accessible, effective solutions that empower communities and enhance connectivity.
