Ian is the founder and CEO of the Disruptive Innovators Network, a membership network working in the social housing sector focussed on corporate innovation. He has worked extensively in and with the public sector exploring different approaches to change and business transformation. His interests now are in why projects fail, what prevents innovation adoption and the role of culture in whether an organisation succeeds.
