About this Talk
What if, each time a service owner was wanting to update or improve their service, they could pick from a range of actions, and pull them into their service journeys? What if applying, checking or getting a certificate from your Government not only looked the same, but had the same steps involved, regardless of the service?
We're exploring using service patterns in the Scottish Government in our user experience, data, technology and common component layers. We'd like to share how we are categorising these, and prototypes we're testing to help folk choose, use and update the patterns.
