To achieve social inclusivity, the speaker recommends three main approaches: sustainable governance, citizen-centric service transformation, and smart technology adoption. Sustainable governance involves integrating long-term environmental, social, and economic principles into decision-making, such as ensuring ethical AI use. The focus then shifts to citizen-centric service transformation, aiming for seamless experiences tailored to diverse needs, including creating intuitive, accessible services. Lastly, smart technology adoption is advocated, promoting scalable solutions for better service delivery, accessibility, and data security, utilizing a hybrid approach combining various technologies and using a hybrid of SAAS products, bespoke solutions, and existing builds.
