Dual Track Agile: 2 tracks + 1 team = Excellent products

Dual Track Agile: 2 tracks + 1 team = Excellent products

Dual Track Agile is an approach to agile project development which splits the work into two tracks; discovery and delivery, whilst engaging the whole team on both tracks at the same time. It is a unifying approach to product development, fostering collaboration and collective ownership of all the work. It is a method that embraces the differences between the work of a developer and the work of a designer. It can bring efficiency to the development process and rigor to the creative process. In this talk, Lucille and Dan will explain how they have used the Dual Track Agile approach on projects. Using examples, they will talk you through how it worked, the challenges they faced, and how they overcame them.
