Lucille heads up the User-Centred Design department at Triad Group Plc. Her work is central government-focused, designing platforms for national services.
Lucille has a first-class bachelor's in psychology and a master's first in Human-Computer Interaction from UCL.
Lucille is both a UX designer and a user researcher who champions the idea that you can have such hybrid roles, which bring added benefits to projects exceeding the sum of the individual parts.
