Laura Waller

Laura Waller is the Digital Services and Inclusion Lead at Coventry City Council, strategically developing the #CovConnects digital inclusion programme. #CovConnects aims to take residents on their digital journey to gain confidence in using technology in a way that improves their quality of life. Laura is looking at innovative ways Coventry can increase digital inclusion, working in partnership with public, private and VCSE partners to remove barriers and improve supports for residents to become digitally enabled and connected. Laura’s previous background is focused upon disability and inclusion across arts and cultural programmes, and within higher education, with a focus upon digital enabling technologies and inclusive education.
