Ben Riseborough

Ben Riseborough is a Senior Delivery Manager and joined the DVLA in August 2022. Since then he has overseen the continued delivery of the Telephony and Communications Project and has started work on the Enhancing Customer Experience Project, expanding the positive impacts of the Agency's new Telephony systems. Ben has over a decade of experience in project and programme management, overseeing high profile initiatives in Local Government, Higher Education and the Civil Service, more recently specialising in innovation within IT.
